Building Your Downline with a “Viral” Recruiting System

In Downloads, Free Downloads, Friends, James Grandstaff, PR

“Let me start off by explaining the biggest benefit of providing your downline members with a viral recruiting system.

It boils down to this…

When you have a viral marketing system in place for your team members, your downline has the potential to take on a life of its own and continue to grow effortlessly while you’re focusing on more important things such as family and friends.

A gentleman I recently discovered managed to accomplish the difficult task of duplication while maintaining his full time job and family life.

He mentioned that ever since the beginning of his online ventures he was searching for a system that brought interested prospects in automatically.

He didn’t have time to do the traditional recruiting methods because they required a lot of time and commitment.

What he wanted instead, was a huge downline that duplicated on auto-pilot from his part time efforts.

“But did such a solution exist?”

If it did, he said he couldn’t find it…

So after many years of struggling to build a solid residual income through network marketing he decided it was time to take the bull by the horns (so to speak) and he created a 3 step marketing system that literally exploded his downline within a few months.

The part that amazed me the most was the fact that he didn’t spend a dime on advertising. And his downline is now over 5,700 strong and growing monthly on auto-pilot.

Ultimately I learned that being a successful sponsor involves provided some type of system that helps people build their business, not sitting around wondering why your downline isn’t doing anything.

I guess the quote from Zig Ziglar holds true:

“You can have everything in life you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want.”

Personally, I think your blog is great! I also wanted to share something that is giving me an astounding monthly income with no work and it’s free for a limited time. I figure the more people try this the better. I also hate hype and bull and liars.

Buliding and Maintaining a downline is a difficult task and is a big part of any MLM or Network Marketing business. I uses the following techniques to effectively manage my downline:

1. Ask questions - guide your downline to the answer for their questions by asking the right questions

2. Find each individuals strengths - find the strengths in each member of your downline and help them build their business utilizing there strengths.

3. Lead, dont pressure - lleading is about ,successfully working the business so that your downline members will want to follow you on their own accord. Don’t add pressure.

4. Manage your time - view yourself as a businessperson, and keep each conversation on task.

5. Consistency is the key to success - create a list of simple business building tasks, and your members to keep a log of the tasks completed each day. Teach them that success depends on how many of these tasks they commit to completing on a consistent daily basis.

6. Maintain communication - send team updates or newsletters via email to your downline at least every two weeks. Recognize achievements as much as possible.

7. Know when to move on - you cant make anyone work. You can lead, but if one of your downline wont follow - it might be a better use of your time to find a more self-motivated person.

Isn’t it great when you find the right fit and everything falls into place?

I love it.

I think you’re referring to James Grandstaff’s system.. i was convinced about that system as soon as i read about it, as a way of securing a residual income.

I would say that Grndstaff is an affiliate marketing mentor, an experienced counselor that has made affiliate marketing his specialty.

Good call… network marketing the traditional way takes a lot of time and generally starts with “make a list of your friends and family”.
So people look to the internet, but don’t know where to start… or how to a build productive downline.
That’s where systems like this one really make a difference.
Great post.

Building your downline using a system really makes a huge difference. One of the major differences is the type of people you can attract. Quality will multiply your quantity.

While Most MLM Programs look promising the reality is that it still comes down to your own efforts. If you are going to wait for others to give you spillover you will be waiting until the cows come home. The promise of spillover is only for lazy people that want something for nothing. My best advice is to find something that will give you results based upon your efforts and a mentor that will truly help you become successful in your venture. Spillover is a myth because everyone is looking for it and no one does any work or even get the product. So I ask you, why even get involved with something like that to only spin your wheels?
